Terms of use
By creating an account or using the API you agree to these terms.
Adults only
You must be at least 18, and old enough to view adult content where you live.
What you may not do
- Create, request or share sexual content involving anyone under 18, in any framing, including fictional or "aged-up" characters described as children.
- Use the service for anything illegal where you or we are, including content about real people without their consent.
- Resell or share your access, or try to get around limits, safety checks or billing.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules and report illegal content to the authorities.
Credit and payments
Credit is prepaid and never expires. Each request is charged at the prices on the pricing page. A request that starts with credit left is allowed to finish, even if it takes the balance slightly below zero; the next top-up covers the difference. Credit is non-refundable once used. Refunds of unused credit are at our discretion. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain. If a payment goes wrong, write to support@smutwriter.com.
The service
We work to keep the model available but don't promise it always will be. Output is generated by a model; you are responsible for what you do with it.
Changes
We may update these terms or prices; we'll note the date above and email you about material changes. Price changes never affect credit already used.
